(i) First Make up your mind that you must lose your belly weight at any case in short be deteremined.
(ii) Make the habbit of morning walk and take belly losing weight exercise at home or better to do at gym.
(iii) Drink green tea.
(iv) Eat food less in fat like vegetables, fruits, whole grain and lean meat.
(v) Drimk alot of water
(vi) Don't eat more at once but eat after regular interval like after 2 hours this will make your stomach work more as a result fat will be melted by the heat of stomach because stomach produce heat when it digest.
(vii) Don't drink water at the end of food this is most important point for you to know how to lose belly fat.
(ix) Leave drinking alcohol.
